Futurebirds’ Second Annual Christmas Soiree

Hear ye, Hear ye, ye drunken revelers.

Thou all knowst the hour that strikes! Thou knowst it deep in the darkest loins that stirrrrr! Futurebirds’ Second Celebration of the Christmas Season is upon us all. What’s that…correct, my good friends. Correct! The Second Annual Futurebirds’ Christmas Soiree! Atlanta’s own King Plow once again plays host to this merriment. However, this year, 2010, the elves have created somewhat of a d…ifferent cast of characters. A hand picked cast.

We’ll christen the eve of December 17th with a shotgun start! Hardello, known around the village of Athens as Hardy Morris, heralded for his work with Dead Confederate, will fire off the first shots buttressed by a boisterous backing band featuring fellows in Futurebirds. Ooooohhh, you want to get to the Soiree early. Indeed!

Next, travelers from the great state of North Carolina, Lonnie Walker, will nourish our souls with terrific tales from afar and afoot. Futurebirds struck lucky enough to call these folks friends. Soon enough, you will, too. This band, well, again, you don’t want to miss.

Last, but certainly not least, the host musicians. Futurebirds will take the stage at King Plow. The boys will hold in their pockets surprises, oh yes! Expect to witness the countriest Christmas celebration since Darryl Worley’s December set at the Grand Ole Opry. Well, perhaps not that seeped in tractor grease and buttermilk, but you get the idea. Entertainment!

In all seriousness, nothing in your bones suggests absence the night of December 17th, at King Plow in Atlanta, Georgia, Futurebirds 2nd Annual Christmas Soiree featuring Hardello and Lonnie Walker. There shall be no excuse great enough. Not one.
